Provider: How do price lists work?
Pricing lists are always associated with a schedule. For each schedule, you specify what tourists pay you directly—and what your retail outlets and tour operators purchase from you.
The three price types
- Standard price (direct sale)—comes from the schedule itself and applies to tourists who book directly with you. You set it when you create the schedule.
- Sales Outlet Price List — a separate purchase price for a sales outlet. The margin is automatically calculated based on the purchase and sales prices.
- Tour Operator Price List — the same applies to a tour operator.
If a partner doesn’t have their own price list, they’ll sell at the standard price. The list shows this with a note: Sales partners without their own price — They sell at the standard price.
📱 Create a price list
- Open your event and go to the Prices tab
- Tap Add Price List
- Select “Point of Sale Price List” or “Tour Operator Price List”
- Select the partner and the schedule to which the list should apply
- Enter the prices in euros (e.g., 95.00). Fields that are not allowed for your event are disabled and marked with “Not allowed in this event”
- Save
To delete a price list, press and hold it.
Validity
Each price list is valid exactly for the duration of its schedule. When the schedule expires, the price list also ends—create a new one for the next phase.
If it doesn’t work
- “This event doesn’t have any schedules yet.” Price lists are linked to schedules. First create a schedule, then you can assign price lists to it.
- “Please correct the selected prices—the order is incorrect.” The prices in a list must match; a partner’s purchase price must not exceed what the customer ultimately pays.
