What payment methods can I use?
You pay via Stripe, one of the world's largest payment service providers. We never receive your card information. You can see which payment methods are available at checkout under "Payment Method"—the selection there is final.
Available everywhere
- Credit and debit cards—Visa and Mastercard, provided the card is enabled for online payments. If your bank requires confirmation, you’ll be briefly redirected to it—for example, to your banking app—and will then be automatically redirected back.
- Apple Pay — on iPhone, iPad, and Mac using Safari, as long as you have a card in your Wallet.
- Google Pay — on Android devices and in Chrome, as soon as you’ve added a card to Google Pay.
- Link — Stripe’s quick payment service. Once saved, you’ll pay next time using a code sent via text message instead of entering your card details.
Depending on the country
Some countries have their own preferred payment methods. These appear at checkout based on the country your device or browser is set to. You can change the country at any time in the payment form:
- Bizum — Spain
- Bancontact — Belgium
- EPS — Austria
- MB WAY — Portugal
- Satispay — Italy
These methods will redirect you to your banking app or payment provider for confirmation and then bring you back to us. Once you return, stay on the page until “Ticket booked” appears.
We do not offer PayPal, Klarna, or SEPA direct debit.
Save payment method
The first time you make a payment, Stripe will save your payment method for next time. When you make your next booking, you can select it directly or enter a different one.
Currency
You always pay in the provider’s currency. We do not perform any currency conversion; the price shown in the shopping cart is the amount that will be charged. If your bank converts the amount to a different currency, its terms and conditions apply.
Who receives the money?
LinkYourTicket acts as the booking agent. Your payment goes directly to the provider who runs the experience. If an experience is canceled, the provider will refund you the full amount.
If it doesn’t work
- “The payment failed. Please try again.” — Your bank declined the payment. Check your card number, expiration date, and security code, or select a different payment method.
- “The payment could not be initiated.” — Go back to the shopping cart and try the payment again.
- “This is taking longer than usual.” — Your payment is in progress. You can leave the page open or check your tickets later.
