Provider: How do I create an event?

You create an event in the app. You don’t have to do everything at once: Your event is saved as a draft right away, and you can continue at any time by tapping “Continue.” Once everything is filled out, submit it to us for review—after that, it goes live.

You can only create events in the app, not in a web browser.

📱 Create an event

  1. Open the Account tab and tap Manage Events
  2. Tap “Create Your First Event”—or, if you already have events, tap the “+” in the top-right corner
  3. Select the option that best describes your event (see below)
  4. Fill out the form from top to bottom. The next fields will appear once you’ve filled out the required fields in a section
  5. Tap “Save” in the top right corner—you can do this at any time, even if you haven’t finished everything yet

Which event type is right for you?

  • I’m selling a fixed number of tickets—e.g., 20 tickets per event
  • My spots depend on vehicles, animals, or equipment—e.g., boats, camels, or surfboards; the app counts the spots automatically
  • I rent to my guests—guests use the boat, bike, or equipment themselves, without a driver or guide from you

What to include in the form

  • Default language: the language in which you write your text. You write only in this one language—we’ll handle the translations (see below)
  • Texts: Event title (at least 8 characters), short description, detailed description (at least 100 characters), and at least one item under “Included.” Ticket notes—e.g., meeting point or what to bring—are optional and appear at the bottom of the ticket
  • Capacity: the number of tickets or your vehicles, animals, and equipment
  • Category: The category that best describes your experience (not applicable for rentals)
  • Age Groups and Special Rates: Whether babies, children, teens, etc., are allowed to participate. You cannot change special rates for specific groups after publication
  • Access & Participation: Strollers, dogs, wheelchairs
  • Booking deadline: The date and time by which customers can book
  • Transportation: whether you’ll pick up your guests—for free or for a fee
  • Images: At least 5 main images. Set one of them as the cover image—without a cover image, your event won’t be displayed to customers
  • Location: Tap “Set meeting point on map” and place the pin

Once everything is filled out, you’ll see “All required fields filled out”—now you can save.

Continue by tapping “Continue”

In “Manage Events,” your draft appears under “Drafts” with the “Your Progress” box. The steps “Text,” “Images,” “Location,” “Times,” “Prices,” and “Transportation” show you what’s still missing. Tap “Continue” to proceed directly to the next open step—or tap a specific step directly.

Submit for Review

Once all steps are complete, the “Submit for Review” button will appear on your event.

  1. Tap “Submit for Review”
  2. Confirm by tapping “Yes, continue!”

Your event is now marked as "Under Review." Our team will review it within 48 hours. You’ll receive a notification as soon as it’s approved or rejected. Once approved, it will be available for customers to book.

Once approved, we’ll automatically translate your texts into 13 additional languages. This way, guests from other countries can find your event in their own language.

We reserve the right to edit your text during the review process—for example, to make it clearer or more consistent.

If the button says “Connect Stripe Account,” you don’t yet have an active Stripe account for your payouts. The section “Why do I need a Stripe account?” explains why you need one.

If it doesn’t work

  • Instead of the form, a message such as “Confirm email address” or “Upload profile picture” appears. Before you can create events, your account must be fully set up. The app will guide you directly to the missing step.
  • “Access restricted.” Your trial period or subscription has expired. You can create events again with an active plan.
  • The + icon is missing. You still have an unfinished draft. Finish it by clicking “Continue” or delete it.
  • “Some information is incorrect. You’ll need to correct it here.” A field is too long or contains too many entries. The affected fields are highlighted in the form.
  • “This location is outside the enabled regions.” You can save the event, but you can’t submit it yet—we’re rolling out the feature region by region.
  • The event has been published, but customers can’t find it. Check that a schedule is set to “Published,” that today’s date falls within the validity period, that a price has been entered, and that a cover image has been set.
